Brewing Recommendations:
Water temperature: 70–80°C – preserving all beneficial properties and releasing the soft, smooth flavor.
To reach the desired brewing temperature: bring water to a boil (100°C) and allow it to cool:
To 80°C – wait approximately 2–3 minutes.
To 70°C – wait about 5–6 minutes.
Steeping time: 2–3 minutes – for a delicate, balanced aroma.
Re-steeping: You can re-steep the leaves up to 2 times, but no later than 30 minutes after the first brew. Increase each subsequent steeping time by 15–20 seconds. Each brew reveals new layers of flavor.
