1. Security and credit card use

We take all necessary precautions to ensure the security of all credit card transactions. Our website has been built with the most up-to-date technology available for uploading, protecting, encrypting, and securing the personal details of the customer. All information which Vitamin Global's store website receives via subscriptions or in any other format is closely guarded by the secure server. No information will be transferred to any third party, with the sole exception of information which falls under the rubric of the store's legal obligations.

3. Local deliveries: pricing and supply times

Deliveries within Israel can be executed in one of 3 ways, according to your preference:

1) Via "PickUP" to the pick-up point closest to you
Deliveries via "PickUP" take 3-10 working days.
The maximum allowable weight, including packaging, is 8 kilograms.    

Handling and shipping charges:
Orders between 1-299 NIS cost 23.90 NIS
Orders over 299 NIS are free
Email notification upon shipment; SMS notification upon arrival at the pick-up point. 

2) Via registered mail to the post office closest to you
Deliveries via registered mail take 5-14 working days.
The maximum allowable weight, including packaging, is 10 kilograms.

Handling and shipping charges:
Orders between 1-350 NIS cost 32.00 NIS
Orders over 350 NIS are free
When the order is shipped, you will receive an email notification.
The shipment can be tracked via the Israeli Postal Authority's website.

3) Via a courier service, directly to your house
Deliveries via a courier service take 1-5 working days.
The maximum allowable weight, including packaging, is 10 kilograms (22 lbs).

Handling and shipping charges:
Orders between 1-599 NIS cost 69.90 NIS
Orders over 599 NIS are free 

4. International shipping: pricing and supply times 

To see the shipping fee before making a purchase, simply click on "My Cart" or "Go to checkout", and then click on "Estimate shipping". Select the destination country and you will see the shipping fee. For customers with accounts, if you have signed in, you can only choose current addresses associated with your account. To see fees for other destination countries, you will need to sign out first, select the desired items for the shopping cart, and then check the shipping estimate.

International deliveries can be executed in one of two ways, according to your preference:

1) Via registered airmail (to the post office closest to you).

Prices for registered airmail begin at $10.90 for the first 250g. The price will vary according to which country you ship to, and whether there is more than 250g.

When you order by registered mail, your package is sent to the post office nearest the shipping address. 

The recipient should contact the post office to clarify whether the parcel needs to be picked up at the post office or if it will be delivered.

Customers are urged to track their packages.

Deliveries via registered airmail take 7-45 working days to arrive at the destination post office.

The maximum allowable weight, including packaging, is 2 kilograms.

2) Via courier service (directly to your house):

Products to be sent overseas will be shipped by dependable international companies with reputations for timely deliveries. To most countries, delivery will be made within 5-14 working days.

Prices for courier service begin at $39.90 for the first kilo. The total price will vary according to which country you ship to, and whether there is more than one kilo.

The maximum allowable weight, including packaging, is 10 kilograms (22 lbs).

There are a few countries to which shipment is unavailable due to export restrictions.

Note: Your order may be subject to additional taxes, customs fees, and import duties at the time of delivery. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them by your local customs office.  

We recommend checking all relevant local customs laws before placing an order. In the event of a delay caused by customs authorities in the customer's country, all responsibility for taxes, fines, and (where applicable) the cost of returning the delayed shipment, will fall solely on the customer.

NOTE: All returns will be assessed a 10% restocking fee, except in the case of an error on the part of Vitamin Global.
This fee will be in addition to any shipping fees that have been charged.

5. Taxes, credit card fees, and customs

All prices listed on our website are in US dollars (USD). The charge for the shipment will be in Israeli Shekels, according to the international rate on the day the charge to the credit card is approved.
Vitamin Global is not responsible for any bank and credit card company charges associated with the use of a credit card or currency conversion.

Note: Your order may be subject to additional taxes, customs fees, and import duties at the time of delivery. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them by your local customs office. In the event of a delay caused by customs authorities in the customer's country, all responsibility for taxes, fines, and (where applicable) the cost of returning the delayed shipment, will fall solely on the customer.

Please contact your local customs office/bank or the credit card company and verify that your order will not incur charges, or that the charges are acceptable to you. 

Regarding Israel's Value Added Tax (V.A.T.):

For customers accessing the website from outside Israel, all prices appear without Israel's V.A.T. and are final. No V.A.T. or other charge is added at the time of check-out.

For customers accessing the website from inside Israel, all prices appear with Israel's V.A.T.

All parcels sent to an Israeli address are assessed V.A.T., which is currently 17%.

6. Returns or order cancellation 

In case of order cancellation:
Upon cancellation of an unshipped order at the customer's request, "Vitamin Global Ltd." deems it appropriate to deduct 10 shekels (approximately $3) from the refund amount to cover the bank's cancellation fee.

Returns:
You can receive monetary reimbursement if you notify us within 3 days of receiving the shipment that you wish to return it.
Notification may be made via e-mail.
The shipment should be returned to us within 21 days after arrival.

It is recommended to return the shipment via the same company that delivered it.

Please attach a note to any returned shipment. Only unopened items in their original packaging may be returned. After the returned items reach Vitamin Global, we require 10 days for the inspection of items and reimbursement.

If there has been some error on the part of Vitamin Global, all expenses including shipping costs will be covered by the company, and the customer's account will be credited. In certain instances, Vitamin Global may choose to deduct from the reimbursement the total cost of shipping paid to the delivering company, and the cost of any products returned damaged or used.

7. Items missing from shipment

In most cases, all items will be delivered from Vitamin Global's warehouses. However, if an ordered item is not in stock, the shipment may be delayed up to 3 working days until it is received from the manufacturer.

In case it is impossible to supply one or more of the items in an order, a notification will be sent via email. The customer's account will not be debited until the entire order is completed.

8. Website updates

From time to time manufacturers change their packaging and/or their explanatory literature without notifying their distributors. Vitamin Global does not take responsibility for such changes.

Nevertheless, we strive to update our website with any new information we receive regarding our products.

Vitamin Global does not endorse any particular information, citations, or articles appearing on the website. Responsibility for the selection and use of any product on the website is solely that of the customer.
