Ingredients: 100% Pure Ceylon green leaf tea.
Brewing Instructions: For the best taste, use a teapot or cup that has been pre-warmed with hot water. Tea Quantity: Use 1 teaspoon (about 2-3g) of loose-leaf green tea for 1 cup (200 ml) of water.
Water Temperature: Use water at around 80°C (175°F). Avoid boiling water, as excessive heat can damage the delicate tea leaves and result in a bitter taste.
Brewing: After the water boils, wait 4-5 minutes before pouring it over the green tea leaves. Steep the tea for 2-3 minutes. If you prefer a stronger flavor, you can extend the steeping time to 4 minutes, but no longer.
Serving: After brewing, strain the tea to remove the leaves.
